Georgia, Summer 2017 part 2a

Note - I am posting 4 blogs today, so look at all 4 to see what’s been going on during 2017.  I will finish up 2017 tomorrow.

Eclipse pictures(sorry there are a lot of pictures, I just found it so interesting!) --

It is now a total eclipse --

I have always heard that you can see stars during an eclipse.  The duration of totality was 2 minutes and 35 seconds.  And yes, we could see a few stars.  Its a bit hard to see but in the picture above, close to the left side you can just make out a star. If you double click the picture it will enlarge and is easier to see the star.

  1. I was just thinking about you the other day and was going to email you to see what you've been up to. Glad to hear your back problem is doing better.
